I have been working with children since I was a teenager. Living near a border provided many opportunities for travel all throughout my life. As a college student I started teaching children’s enrichment classes in art and languages. It seemed a perfect fit to pursue a degree in Spanish at San Diego State Univ. I began as a director/teacher at a local cooperative preschool for many years. Education is a life style choice that I LOVE!

I graduated from San Diego State University in 2005 with a Bachelors Degree in Spanish and a minor in Latin American Studies. Teaching certificate awarded in Texas in 2021.
